Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Pawport: Pet Shop Tycoon (“Pawport”), published by ED AI LTD (“we”, “us”). Pawport is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add a few game-specific rules; if they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA wins.

1. Your account

Pawport creates an anonymous account on your device the first time you play. Keep your device and any transfer code and password private — anyone who has them can move your shop to their device. We can’t recover a shop that was deleted or transferred by someone using your code.

2. Virtual items and currency

  • Gems, Coins, Tickets, Star Pets, items and other virtual content are licensed to you for use in the game. They have no real-world monetary value and can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything outside the game.
  • We may change how virtual items work, their availability or their in-game prices to keep the game balanced and fun.
  • Purchases are final except where required by law. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Random recruits

Opening a Mystery Carrier recruits a random Star Pet. The chance of each rarity is shown in the game before you recruit, together with the guarantees (an Epic or better at least every 10 recruits and a Legendary at least every 60). In some regions, recruiting with Gems is disabled and only Carrier Tickets earned by playing can be used.

4. Golden Paw Club subscription

  • The Golden Paw Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. The price and what’s included are shown in the game before you subscribe.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions) at any time after purchase.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.

5. One-time purchases

Permanent unlocks such as Beaver Bob’s Toolbox and the Growth Fund stay with your Apple ID. Use Settings → Restore Purchases to get them back after reinstalling or on a new device.

6. Fair play

Please play fair. Don’t use cheats, bots, modified versions of the app, exploits or tricks with your device’s clock. If we detect cheating we may reset affected progress, remove leaderboard entries or suspend online features for that account.

7. Online features

Cloud saves, leaderboards and the Show-Off Arena need an internet connection. We work hard to keep them running, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available, and we may change or retire features over time.

8. Our content

Pawport’s characters, art, music, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to share screenshots and videos of your shop for non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Pawport is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
