Delete your account

You can delete your Pawport account and data at any time.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Pawport and tap the Settings cog.
Go to Account and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account, cloud save, public profile, arena team and any transfer code are deleted right away and your game restarts from the beginning.

This can’t be undone. Deleting your account removes all progress, Star Pets, Gems and items. Deleting your account does not cancel a Golden Paw Club subscription — cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@vezl.com with the subject “Delete my Pawport account” and include your Player ID if you have it. We’ll confirm once your data has been deleted, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your player account, secret key and any transfer code
Your cloud save and all game progress
Your leaderboard entries and arena team
